At Halo Fashionwear, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our system.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
